This is an English translation of Alexander Grothendieck’s essay on kimchi. I have very little to do with the words; I’ve simply type­set and organ­ized/​crowd­sourced the trans­lation via GitHub. The trans­lation is based off this scan of the orig­inal essay. The type­set­ting of this page is adapted from Tufte CSS.
